Sandals and Socks

Tried the MaxBlast freeware from Maxtor. Imaged a 4 gig partition to a 2 gig file on another partition (same drive) in 1.5 minutes. This suggests 80 gigs will require 40 gigs space and require 30 minutes. Could not get the “backup to ftp” working, possibly due to restrictions on the ftp server, will try again.
